This campus, a collaboration between the Building Industry Association of Northern Kentucky and the City of Covington, will teach skilled construction trades and host the Covington Academy of Heritage Trades.
Circa 1880, this building will be used to teach preservation trades.
Latonia’s five-way historic intersection, its urban core, is being revitalized into a walkable downtown with many new retailers, restaurants and businesses.
