Clinton is the Revitalization Manager for the City of Covington and will lead projects and strategic initiatives with a priority focus on supporting the continued development of the City’s transformative 23-acre Covington Central Riverfront and advancing revitalization efforts in the Latonia neighborhood.
Before joining the city of Covington in 2026, Clint held several economic development roles with the City of Cincinnati, Alloy Development Co, a commercial lender, and start up incubator operator. He earned a Master of Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Louisville and has an Economic Development Finance Certificate from Grow America.
